20' Yarcraft on single axel trailer

I do not want this bumper pulled behind a vehicle. The wheel bearings and trailer breaks have not been serviced in some time and the 2000+ mile trip is too much of a risk. This boat needs to be winched up/loaded onto a flat bed. No forklift is available at either residence. Truck must be able to load and unload itself.
