**RULES TO THE ROAD REGARDING PICK UP**: - Pickup hours are strictly Monday - Friday 8am - 2pm local standard time with appointment - Pickup appointments required. Carriers may be turned away if no appointment has been scheduled. We must be notified of any delays. - BOL REQUIRED. Do not stack freight on top of kayak. Do not wedge kayak between freight that will shift in transit. RULES TO ROAD REGARDING DELIVERY - Delivery appointment must be made with the customer as they must be given the opportunity to inspect and sign off on the kayak. Both Vibe and the customer must be notified of any delays. - if a customer refuses the kayak, please contact Vibe Kayaks Logistics for further instructions.
