2018 Toyota Sienna Mobility van

Its a fully operational Toyota Sienna mini van that's had an aluminum mobility ramp installed in the rear cargo area to transport someone in a wheelchair. The ramp is secured inside the cargo area of the van, and the only modification you can see from the outside of the vehicle is the rear bumper area looks different then a stock Sienna.
