Get My Boy Back Home Please

Captain is a 3 year old male Great Dane. He has been living with a "friend" while I am deployed overseas. He needs to get home to my parents as soon as possible. He is miserable where he is currently living and I want him to be safe as quickly as possible. He is stressed out and not doing well where he is living currently. We are active duty Marine Corps and this process has been stressful enough. Please help us get our boy home to my parents where he can get back into a better routine.
