"Needs appointment 24 hrs prior the pick up date. Please collect POD from Deliveright - IL and check the items, make sure they are in good condition. Take photos of the items that were picked up. Call the customer for the delivery schedule and at least 30 mins before arriving at the delivery location. Receiver prefers a Saturday delivery. If weekday, delivery needs to be after 6pm. Upon delivery, have the customer check the items before signing the POD. For any damages and issues, this needs to be noted on the delivery slip. Take photos of the items before and after delivery.
