I have a 2 1/2 to 3 hour drive to get to the pickup address. I've made the drive twice for 2 different shippers that were no shows. Each time I wasted about 10 hours and $75 for gas for these jerks. Also, there will be no assistance available for loading and unloading the appliances. The delivery will be into a garage.
