Piano will be available for pick up in garage. ( No Steps ) First floor delivery in Florida. Just threshold. (No Steps ) I would expect the piano to be wrapped in moving pads by shipper. Piano does have its own wheels But I would think Shipper would prefer to put piano on dollies.
