I live in a gated community with a service entrance. Piano bench is in the attached picture, I do not have a precise weight, but would estimate it to be about 20 pounds. I can move the piano into the garage before the carrier arrives at my house, from there the piano can be rolled to the driveway or to the street. I can move it to the street if the weather is good.
