At origin house, only two separate short steps. Needs to come out sliding glass door with plenty of clearance. At destination house, needs to go up a few short sets of brick stairs to our front door. 16 steps total. Limited clearance around first few steps. I have photos but uship's uploader is broken, can provide at your convenience.
