Special Handling Instructions

Looking for lowest price possible. Legs/lyre must be removed and the piano stowed on side. Space used is 9' deep (length of piano), 5' tall (width of piano when horizontal, and 2' wide (thickness of the cabinet), plus small bench. Only 1 step at the piano's current location and piano is 3' from the door. At the destination there are 3 wide cement steps to the porch and the piano goes right inside the porch door. Some movers bk up to the porch and use a ramp to eliminate all steps.
