I can arrange for some help loading at pickup, but I need good communication on arrival time so they can be there. I also am guessing the weight of the piano based on others of its size. There are front casters, but they're not ever to be rolled on (for decoration only). There's also a piano bench that ideally would come together with the piano but if there's no room it can stay. I can get a picture if needed. No stairs at pick up or drop off.
