American Bully OKC to PHX

I need safe and speedy transport of an American Bully. Ready for pickup as soon as this Saturday. I have to coordinate with my buddy in OK but we are ready to get this boy moved. Possible pick up days are 11-12 May or 17-19 May or 24-26 May or 31 May-June 2. Pick up needs to be on a Friday, Sat or Sun when my friend is available. don’t have a kennel for him but are willing to get one if needed. I would have to know ASAP to have time to purchase but preference is in the cab of the truck or just anywhere safe to keep a med size dog. Dog is about 8yrs old. He is accustomed to transport in a kennel so he will stay nice and relaxed in there for the trip.
