Apartment is 40' from the elevator on tile floors. Going up one floor and then 40' to new apartment. Only challenge is that the sofa is 9' L 4' D, too long for the elevator and will have to be taken up narrow stairs carried upright. Cushions will be removed to reduce weight but still should be two strong guys for that. The rest is pretty easy.
