It is in two sections and there may be extra things to go in a box. The second section is 4' 10" X 2'2" X 10". 148lbs and the other is 190lbs for a total of 338lbs. Hopefully it will have all the misc parts stowed in one of the two main sections. If it were me I would strap both to a wall.
