2019 Ford Expedition Max

Car will not roll. It is in the parking lot of a Ford Dealership. Upon arrival dealership will remove driveshaft. The vehicle is on a slight hill and they will not remove the driveshaft until the transport vehicle is in front of it. Car has all tires but cannot be manually put into neutral. Service hours are 8-5 M-F. Car being transported to local mechanic hours 8-6 M-TH
