2 Bedroom Condo

This is stuff I've had in storage for 4 years and I am estimating these items and number of boxes - if you need exact numbers, please let me know and I will have to get them to you when I am physically in the state where they're located. Also, I'd prefer my free-standing items like couch, chair, dining room table/chairs be protected with some kind of wrap, blankets - is this something you will/can do or do I need to do this ahead of time? And, if the amount of items ends up being less than listed, is the price adjusted accordingly? Depending on availability, I can be onsite during the process. Thank you!
