Help! Need to transport dog ASAP on small budget!

I am in desperate need of transport of a sweet 2 year old dog as soon as possible. Due to a sudden, unforseen medical issue, the owner is extremely low on funds and is no longer able to keep Ares, as they will be moving into hospice care. Ares has young (8-13 yr old) family members in Maine who adore her, miss her, and want to keep her with them. Because of this, we are not wanting to put her in a shelter. Ares has made the trip across country before and is a frequent car rider. She is friendly, playful, and energetic, with no aggression. The owners budget is in the realm of $300-450, which I know is a lot to ask. I am here hoping there is someone out there who is able to help. Thank you for your time!
