Special Needs Details

My dog is in Ohio staying with a family friend, but the living situation there is no longer tenable. I need her shipped back to San Diego. She is up to date on her vaccines, and while she has a crate does not have a travel kennel. She does well in car rides but would also need a seat belt leash or some other restriction as she does try to climb to the front in a commercial vehicle and generally moves around a lot, posing a potential distraction. She also pulls, so we use a gentle lead.
