The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment motor del furgoneta gripado Response from Bernabe D.: The service was set long in advance (around 3 months). Three weeks before the pick up I called them to confirm pick up day and they told me that their track was in the garage. A few hours later they called me to cancel the service because the truck was broken. I had everything settled, the flat inspection in the afternoon and my flight the day after in the morning and they just disappeared. I certainly wouldn't trust them again.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time They didn't show up. I was in contact with them until three hours after the appointment for the collection of my stuff. They said the track was broken down, but they were still coming late in the afternoon. Since then, I got no answer from them for more than 36 hours. No answer to my phone calls (every 30 minutes), sms, and emails.
I had to pay 30% of the price in advance (340€), he didn't give me the money back yet, but he has to because he didn't do the service. I didn't manage to contact
