Mike is an absolute profesional Gent, he went the extra mile to accomadate my shipment, with the changing dates I had to contend with. The boat wasn't prepared as it should have been, but he took care of that for me which saved me excess shipping costs. I would have no problem in recomending his services to anyone, he'll take care of you and make sure your shipment arrives in great condition and on time. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider After the bid was accepted it took longer than expected for a response, the contractor said my e-mails must have been sent straight to his "spam" folder. I contacted him directly and he said he hadn't bid directly, and that it had to have been one of his drivers, and he would get that driver to contact me. After another wait he then came back to me saying that HE HAD bid...... I advised him that I was canceling, due to the fact that I was un easy with his responses and had no faith in a c
