Complete chaos in communication, for one weekend the car and the driver was gone and nobody knew where they were. We have a huge phonebill because of calls to greece, spain, germany. The person I arranged the shipment with, the day of the pickup stopped answering his phone because he went to holidays. (why didnt he mention it when we spoke?) Ultimately my husband has lost a day of work and a weekend waiting in vain, but eventually the car arrived safe sane which is the good side of the story.

I could not expect such a negative perception of your side, you have received your vehicle, but weekend we cant drive the trucks in Europe, from the beginning, you define which claims, but our terms and conditions of your side was Disregarded and you have put us every day hysterical claims. At least not that negative of the whole job has run, otherwise our Email conversations will be publish. Thank you

Un conflicto de horario surgió que no puede ser resuelto Me parece un trato inaceptable, llevo dos días intentando contactar con el transportista y no me coge el telefono ni me responde a los mensajes. Si fuera conflicto de horario como afirma, podriamos buscar otra fecha. De esa manera es un simple fraude y me deja sin solucion con la mudanza. Esto es INACEPTABLE. Para mi, un trato fraudulento.

Muy bien todo, transportista serio y muy profesional, han cuidado las cosas muy bien, llegaron a tiempo, han sido rapidos. Estamos muy satisfechos, totalmente recomendable! Muchas gracias!
