**Item is already blanket & plastic-wrapped and stored in the basement of my bldg, which has a ramp to the street; no elevator or stairs to deal with. **Will need to bring down one flight of stairs to basement on delivery end, in Bridgehampton. Pickup available at NYC location between 8am-5pm M-Sat. Delivery available Bridgehampton 10am-4pm, ONLY M-F; specific days TBD after booking. Please be prepared to answer the following when you contact me: -Do you have insurance to cover any damage to the loveseat and what's that amount? If you don't have, it's ok but I'd like to know. -If you do have, when will I be able to see that insurance coverage documentation? -Are you licensed by the DOT? If you're not, that's ok but I'd like to know.

Simple outside chair can be delivered to driveway  

Lightweight settee, easily lifted and carried by one person. Assistance available (if needed) at pickup location which is a commercial loading dock with 24/7 access upon request. Delivery location is to residential address at driveway, garage, entryway threshold, but no stair carry or inside placement required. Thank you!
