This is actually a studio/ efficiency apartment not a 1BR. It has a double bed, wooden pub table with two chairs, a small foldable futon couch, a bedside table, two child sized bookshelves, an end table, and a heavy floor mirror. That is it for furniture. Boxes of clothes, bath and kitchen household goods.

Pick up on weekdays. Drop off Fri evening - Monday

It is a heavy leather futon but with a completely removeable cushion. Comes with 2 pillows. Another person can be made available to help load the futon thay is in the garage onto a truck and I can personally help with unloading when delivered.

Inventory: Boxes 21: large 5, medium 7, small 9. Bicycle, twin futon mattress, small folding tray tables x 2, beach coolers x 2, Bullworker, plastic planters x 3, suitcases x 2, floor fan. The delivery apartment is a third floor walk-up.  

Theses are photos of an identical assembled futon. The only you will be transporting is fully disassembled and will be picked up from a storage facility in Cary. When disassembled there are two cushions (80x36 and 80x14), the two p-shaped wooden supports in the picture, and three cross members that are bundled together. Delivery to a home in Baltimore can occur during the morning or business hours.  

Studio (0 bedrooms). No large furniture (no bed, no couch, etc.). Only furniture is 2 fold-flat bookshelves, 1 folding futon mattress, 1 kitchen table that folds to a small file cabinet, 2 plastic file bins.  

Easy pickup up and drop off locations for any size vehicle including tractor trailer.

Moving this to my new apartment. I could get it out of storage and help you load it on truck. You can leave with concierge of my building.  

It is disassembled, pic shows assembled. Dimensions listed include all pieces with mattress folded in half.  

Good communication is more than appreciated! Sorry no pictures available at this time. Queen bed, computer desk, queen futon, Nordic-track treadmill. Level at pick up, one straight flight of stairs at drop off. Pick up dates are absolute. Drop-off dates are flexible. Ten hour drive (475 miles) door to door. Maximum elevation 3800 feet. My dates are flexible, but I will be out of town until the 10th of March. The table and benches are dissembled and securely boxed together and the futon is boxed as well. The loveseats are not wrapped or crated and I would like them blanket-wrapped for protection. I live in an apartment on the second floor for pickup, so there will be stairs to consider. I can assist with loading, just please keep me posted on arrival so I can make arrangements. Delivery is also on the second floor with assistance available so long as you notify in advance.  

Left behind by original moving company. Please help me get to final destination! Includes cat furniture, futon, desk, shelving, etc.  

Dimensions should be fairly accurate, I probably overshot some of them. The move is only about 4 miles, from one apartment complex to another. Had plans to move the items on my own but they fell through. Looking for in home pick up and in home delivery. I can upload photos soon!
