Deliver is open to your schedule. Futon does have drawers under it, but are not attached.  

I live in an apartment with a loading area to park and elevators. Max 5 steps you’ll need to climb  

 

 

The futon is in a box, easy to transport  

This futon and frame hold the cover and light weight vacuum in the middle. Can be picked up easiest via alley but also main road in front of house. Two people easiest to lift due to length. Stretch wrap and packing tape. Can stand on any end tall or side, or flat if nothing else on top, due to wood planks supporting metal frame of futon.

Beds will be broken down into head board and rails. Dinning room table will be broken down flat. Futon will be broken down and bundled First floor driver up pick up location and drive up first floor delivery location. All items will be stacked and ready for pickup. At deliver items are just dropped at the location No placement.  

 

The items in the picture provide is the full amount of inventory to be moved. The items are in a garage right off a driveway/alley so there are no steps. There are no steps at the delivery location. This move consists mostly of plastic tubs. There are 38 20 gallon tubs and 5 45 gallon tubs. Boxes were marked in the inventory breakdown because plastic tubs were not in the list. In addition there is one small boax, a small end table, one small coffee table and a futon cushion that measures 10x38x75. In total it is estimated there is about 250-300 cubic feet of items to move. The items can be picked up any time before the end of October. It is ok if it takes a couple weeks or more to deliver.

Basic Futon and Desk/Table with the legs taken off and laid down on top. Pickup will be from a storage unit with drive up access to the unit's door. Drop off will be to a carport. All locations are near major roadways.  

I'm in a 5th floor studio apartment, but I'll bring everything down to the main level and do the lifting into the truck myself. 2 Boxes: - Dimensions: 21in x 18in x 15in each Mattress: - Weight: 100lbs - Dimensions: 80in x 60in x 9in Futon Cushion: - Dimensions: 72in x 50in x 9in Bed frame and futon frame will be taken apart.
