The bar is 38x37x18 when closed. It's real wood and quite heavy due to interior elements (photo attached). The weight listed is likely an over-estimate (we don't have a way to weigh it at the moment). The piece is currently in the basement, which has a direct exit to the ground level with about 6 steps (photo in listing). Unfortunately, load in assistance isn't available.

Bar will be shrink wrapped and bubble wrapped for protection/no blankets necessary. The fridge will not be installed into the bar, however it will be sent along in its own box, roughly 20"W x 20"D x 32"H. Garage area delivery only.  

The bar cabinet is currently on a pallet - can be left on the pallet or taken off.

Must be enclosed transport.

These items are located at a business , auction items ,Auctioneer will offer some help, but they do have to be wrapped by delivery company and loaded by hand. Two of the bars {8 foot} are on wheels, others just sit flat. If wrapped they should be able to be stacked.
