There are no stairs at the pick up location for most items. The refrigerator will have to come done 5 steps. The delivery location is to condominium. There are no stairs to deal with. You should be able to get within 50 feet of the service elevator. The unit is about 100 feet from the service elevator. Deliveries are only allowed Monday through Thursday. No deliveries on Friday or the weekend.  

 

This refrigerator needs to be picked up from an apartment building in NYC and delivered to a private residence in Andover, MA. Pickup requires a certificate of insurance for the building; I will provide a sample COI prior to pickup. The apartment is on the 5th floor of the building and it fits inside the service elevator. The elevator connects with a service entrance at the basement level of the building so the refrigerator will need to be carried up one flight of stairs to the street. Pickup can only be scheduled for Monday through Friday 9am to 3pm. Delivery is to a house with no restrictions on delivery day or time. There are three steps leading up to the kitchen level. These are similar in size to a small undercounter refrigerator.  

Refrigerator is still in original manufacture packaging and banded. Must be shipped upright only.  

 

 

 

Needs to be transported standing up. Blanket wrapped to prevent any dings or scratches.  

 

Refrigerator will need to be shipped in the upright position, padded and secured.  

 

 

This will have to be picked up during daylight hours for shop access and it will likely have to be loaded without help.
