1 Bedroom Apartment Moving Services

 

Everything is on one level. The patio chair is a lounge chair that doesn't fold up. The sofa is a 7' canvas sofa. The TV is a 55" flat screen.  

 

 

 

I in the process of relocating. This shipment is enough to get me moved into a 1 BR apartment while my house sells. The actual apartment floor is TBD. I am a surviving military spouse, but the id.me has locked me out of my account.  

 

I currently live on the 3rd floor there are two huge elevators that will fit everything.

We have 30 small boxes, 30 medium boxes, couch, king bed, coffee table, 50" TV, 2 drawer file cabinet, Drop Leaf Side Table, 24" high, 18" wide, 27" deep, cabinet, 49" high, 24" wide, 14" deep. The couch is a Pottery Barn PEARCE ROLL ARM UPHOLSTERED 3-PIECE L-SHAPED SECTIONAL. It comes apart into 3 sections, and we will handle the disassembly and assembly. I estimated the weight at 2,244 pounds and the volume at 466 cubic feet. Let me know if you need any other details. The pickup in Dunedin, Florida is an easy ranch, and the boxes will be in the garage for easy pickup. The delivery in Indianapolis is relatively easy, too. We have a first level townhome adjacent to the street. We have a few steps down to the first floor from the street and a second story.

1 sofa/loveseat 2 nightstands (23 x 15 x 22 in; 25lb each) 1 queen-size bed 1 double dresser with mirror (66 x 19 x 31 in; 80lb) 1 tall armoir (54 x 19 x 44 in; 80lb)  

 

Size of the boxes: 21x15x9; mattress: 6x6x10 inches. We also have a portable AC unit.  

 

 

 

The items are in a CubeSmart storage unit on the 2nd floor, close to the freight elevator with a dedicated truck loading spot out the front. The ideal situation would be that the bidder has movers, and/or loads the items onto the truck. We will do the unloading quickly into our garage on arrival. The 2nd Sofa, (2 seat) represents 2 bean bags.  

Shipment is mostly boxes approximately 50- containing clothing, kitchen items, books, photo's and miscellaneous items. Furniture pieces include: large wooden trunk, small grand-daughter clock, secretary desk and wooden chair, 3 door wood cabinet,jewelry armoire, 6ft tall decorative giraffe. One small rolling tool chest, canister vacuum cleaner, 2 draw rolling file cabinet  

Wall mirrors: 31"x78" and 26"x59" Wall art: 52"x61" We are moving half of our 2-bedroom apartment from an Atlanta, GA highrise to an Austin, TX highrise apartment, both have loading docks & convenient freight elevators. Sofa is a 2-part sectional (sofa + chaise). TX delivery date is important. Prefer a move-in date of Oct. 23 (Weds) in Austin, TX with freight elevator reservation to be scheduled with concierge (we will book).  

These are the only photos I have at the moment, but I will include more when I have them. This move is to transport several vintage furniture items plus multiple boxes from Florence, South Carolina to Arlington, Virginia.
