I had problems with my first choice of courier who obviously wasn't up to the agreed job. This was only apparent once I booked the work with him, as he couldn't stick to the agreed dates and timescale and was impossible to contact via mobile phones. This would have been easier to monitor if contact could be made via Uship messaging as this could have been reported much sooner. As not, my text messages and phone calls were not being answered and I could have risked loosing my item. As this was my first use of Uship it wasn't going very well at all.
After waiting for Uship to allow the job to be cancelled I found a new courier, very new to Uship. They agreed a date and rough times and I booked them, receiving a text almost straight away to thank me for booking them and re-assure me of what we had agreed.
On the morning of the delivery day they rang me to let me kno they had picked up my item, and again when they were nearer to give me more of an exact time of arrival. They arrived with my item carefully wrapped and were really polite and helpful! Brilliant service, will use them again and recommend to others, thank you Rich and Dave of Corky1969
