I bought a Harley for parts from an auction house in Arizona. After repeated dissapointments in getting reasonable quotes or even callbacks from recomended shippers I was refered to UShip. I easily accessed a quote form a company with 60 some transactions and 100% positive feedback. I booked the shipment, sent the details to the auction house for release and thinking my job done, relaxed. The shipped called several times to keep me informed which was refreshing. 2 days after pickup I was called by the auction house and informed that they had released the wrong bike to the shipper. I called the shipped and passed that info and urgency on to him. He emailed back that he had been contacted and the correct bike was being sent to his location. His comment was that the original bike they rode on the trailer was awful nice for a "parts' bike. The right bike was still delivered on time and according to the shipper, the auction house took care of him.
