I had a wardrobe and dresser that I had bought on ebay. Uship was by far the easiest and most cost effective method of shipping them both.
The site is easy to navigate, you just need to remember to keep checking back to see the status of your job. Although they do send daily updates of what bids have been made, you don't get an update per bid.
The first shipping company that I agreed to use was my worse experience on here. It took me 10 days to get in contact with them. When I did it seemed that the chap running the company was for want of a better word, useless. He also sent me some strange emails, so I decided to cancel that bid which was simple enough as he didn't seem to put up much of a fuss!
My second shipper however was amazing! John Innes Courier's or Comcab as he's known on here. Great service and my best experience on here to date.
I think it's really worth while going with your gut feeling when using uship. Make sure you contact the service provider you are thinking of using and try to build a bit of a picture of them.
I would continue to use uShip, as it is really the cheapest way to move these kinds of large items.
