We got a quick offer to our 'my price' option which meant we could get our delivery out swiftly. It was a large double kayak which our supplier was unable to find a regular courier to deliver it to north Wales so we were lacking in time. The site was easy to use and I didn't really understand the process, but the service providers communication made the whole thing clear. I would definetly use the service provider again and if he can't do it I hope I would find someone else on the site.
