I purchased a boat and needed it shipped to a pickup location. I found the uShip site on the Internet and investigated what services were available and testimonies from previous customers. After reading that many people had similar needs and there were many satisified customers, I decided to try uShip.
When I submitted my service request, I received several bids and the question and answer capabilities of uShip allowed for clarification of items that were needed for shipping. Also, the testimonies of previous clients provided a better confidence measure when selecting a service provider. I chose FamilyFarmer service and from answering intial questions in the bidding process, to finalizing the pickup of the boat, I found FamilyFarmer service to be very considerate and professional. Communcations via telephone or email were excellent and I would recommend FamilyFarmer service.
Overall, I was quite satisfied with uShip and would use this process again for any shipping needs.
