I had purchased a chaise longue on ebay. I had used uShip in the past and had had a positive experience. So, when I was searching for a courier and found uShip by search engine I didn't hesitate to visit their web site. Having posted my requirements I waited to see what uShip came up with. I must admit I wasn't sure if they could supply a courier who could ship my chaise longue a fairly long distance and keep within my budget. However, I needn't have worried because sure enough, next morning when I looked, the service providers had started queueing up to offer their services and, before long I had accepted a bid that was well within my budget. After I had asked a couple of questions and got satisfactory answers we (myself and the service provider) arranged a day for him to ship my chaise longue to mine. I didn't hear anything from him over that weekend however,on the Monday morning he phoned me to tell me that he was on his way to pick my chaise longue up and when to expect me to arrive. (the reason for the non-communication was a broken phone). Well, at twenty to five that afternoon he rang again to inform me he was about fifteen minutes away. Ten minutes later when I caught sight of his small white van, I must admit that it seemed too small to get my precious cargo on board but, there it was, squeezed in the back alongside two dining chairs! Scott was obviously in control and had the confidence, audacity even, to get my item on board. He obviously knew what he was doing and after some initial manoeuvring it (the item) was out of the van and on it's way into the bungalow. It seemed to be in and in position in no time at all, all due to Scott's skill at handling bulky objects. He even obliged by helping me out with a problem with cash!! All in all I feel he gave me (and my chaise longue) a first class service and wouldn't hesitate to use him and uShip again. Thank you Scott and uShip!
