I purchased a boat from California and it needed to be brought up to the Canadian border where I would meet the shipper. To protect myself I had the seller mail me the titles. This turned out to be a mistake as had I known my shipper to trustworthy as I do now, I'd have had him bring me the titles with the boat. Non the less he was understanding and in the end with some patience I received my boat safe and sound. A simple transfer of the release code to him for payment and the rest is history.
