I tried to find a contact point in order to apologise and ask that the ban was reversed but was not given this option which was worrying. Fortunately, your email informed me that, as a first time user, I had another chance.
Subsequently, I accepted an offer from a highly reliable and very helpful provider. Certainly won't make the mistake of giving an email address or phone number again!
