I declined one other bid that was much lower because the shipper had no feedback or reviews. I declined another lower bid because the shipper wanted full payment on pickup. The shipper I used accepted payment on delivery. I think you have to use your on judgment to find the shipper that is right for you. Read the reviews and email questions.
