I was in a bind, because I had booked with a hauler outside of Uship, and they were suddenly unable to pick up my horse. I was on a schedule, because I was also moving back to the midwest from the east coast.I needed to be out of my apt by a certain date, but I didn't want to leave without getting Austin on a trailer. There was also a big snow storm coming in that we needed to try to leave before, or we would be stuck for a week or more. I was able to find a hauler (Rolph with Remjack hauling) and he undertood the urgency, braved the beginnings of the storm and helped my horse and I get on our way! He saved the day and did it with style! I was making the same trip, just a few hours after Austin was picked up, and Rolph kept me posted about where he was and how traffic was in the weather (interstate 90 was shut down due to snow throughout much of New York)and gave me advice on how to avoid the traffic. Austin arrived only an hour or so after I did, and he was calm and happy. He settled right into his new home. Thanks so much Rolph and Uship!
