I booked my service provider after viewing his bid and feedback, and proceeded to contact him where we decided a pickup date and asked me the hrs of operation of the place where he would pick up my trailer, which I did the next day.
That was the last time I heard of him even after 3 emails, one phone call and one phone message, till the day after the scheduled pickup date(about a week).
I then proceded to cancel the deal.
5 hrs after that decision the provider called and mentioned that the dispatch had been in the hospital and things were in koas but could now do the job. I gave them the benifet of the dought and proceeded with the deal.
The pickup was then delayed further due to a snow storm.
All said and done my trailer was delivered as promissed and the drivers were awesome.
Yes patience is a virtue.....
