When our second child was born, we received a generous gift of a huge stuffed animal from FAO Schwartz. Unfortunately, we owned the very same one already! We had to pay return shipping so I tried uShip and saved 50% vs. FedEx and UPS. However, when my courier delivered the item back to the Vegas store - she discovered that it had closed down! (a fact which FAO neglected to tell us when we called to authorize the return). Our courier went way above the call of duty by offering to delivery it to one of the remaining FAO stores in California. WOW! Would FedEx have done that? I think not!
