I would rate Steve a true shipping professional! Not only was his custom trailer perfect for shipping motorcycles but, he also took a lot of pride in his work. He did an excellent job of securing the bikes so they didn't take damage. I know this because he had quite a few bikes at the time of delivery and they al looked perfect.
This is my first bike and I told him so as we chatted about it for a few minutes once it was unloaded. He was nice enough to share some of his experiences owning and riding bikes. It was great information and I used it when I was shopping for insurance.
