I was shipping a Mazda7 from MA to CA.
The transporter was professional enough to call in advance before pickup and drop off, but there was some initial issue on the pickup. Traffic caused him a 5 hour delay on the pickup and I just could not wait any longer, so after some negotiation, he was willing to work with me and accepted my request to rearrange it to a more appropriate time.
The shipping was quick and smooth on the dropoff. My car was in the same condition, as the transporter were exptremely careful in handling cars, as far as we could tell.
The uship site also needs some improvement, as it is not very user friendly and browsing isn't straightforward and intuitive enough, e.g. the billing history can only be accessed indirectly via "My Account", and as I need an itemized receipt for reimbursement, uship does not provide an integrated invoice that I was looking for, which would include the transportation company and the cash paid COD.
