I had 2 large furniture pieces to be shipped from Colorado to Tennessee. Bernard picked them up at the time he said he would and got them to me even faster than I had expected... less than 2 days! When he arrived at my home he had carefully wrapped the items, and then carefully unloaded them. He was very courteous, professional and efficient.
