We had two young horses to ship across the country. Tim was on time, friendly and courteous. He used a gentle approach and the horses were not stressed at all despite it being their first road trip. He checked in periodically along the road and coordinated drop-off directly with the accepting party while keeping us informed. The horses arrived in great shape.
