As with many, many uShip users, when I went to claim the rebate for which uShip's pop-up ads repeatedly said I was eligible, a scouring of the uShip website revealed not even one link to the rebate program.
I had to read multiple user complaints in the Forums before finding the byzantine maze of steps to be completed - which still require that a physical form be completed and mailed to uShip before you can receive the rebate.
If uShip runs the rest of its business the way this rebate program is run, then users beware.
I've completed all the online rebate program steps, and will mail in the completed and signed rebate claim form tomorrow. It will then be up to uShip to follow through on their rebate promise.
This is no way to treat valued customers.
