I had contracted with RoundCityMoving to move a treadmill from one apartment to another in Manhattan. They had made a bid that sounded reasonable to me and followed up that agreement as I expected. Mr. Goly had kept me informed throughout of the move plan after we had set a date. We outlined plans by phone and email and the move went as expected. His crew was friendly to me, to the maintenance workers at the pick-up and destination sites, and to one another, so it was a morning of peace and work and ended with the treadmill clean and whole at the destination. I expected them to be punctual and they were, meaning we got off to a good start. They had the necessary equipment to ease the move and it worked as intended. Although it was beyond 'the call of duty,' they helped position the treadmill in its designated place.
