This was an emergency scenario as TNT had refused to collect a sideboard because it wasn't wrapped in plastic and the lady whom I'd bought it from was very stroppy. I left an advert at 10.00pm and by 11.00pm I had everything arranged. I used a company called The Courier, who were fantastic end to end and even whilst arranging the detail and the price were in constant communication until I was comfortable with the whole process. Will definitely use this service again as opposed to the main carriers.
