I was happy with my overall U-Ship experience. I did find checking and accessing into my current and past feed backs in my profile to be difficult. I did also see that some of the service providers did not seem to see all the information I put in my profile causing some confusion. I felt U-Ship should have been up front from the start that they would require a credit card to confirm the order and they were going to send some of the money to the service provider. I was unhappy about that.
Overall U-ship saved my a lot on my shipping costs and I would use them again.
