I had a gas cooker that my aunt no longer needed that she said I could have as it was in better condition than mine. The only trouble was transpoting it as I don't drive and she lives at the top of a 3 story block of flats with no lift so we would not have even been able to get it down the staires.
I found the uShip site via Martin Lewis' money saving website and realised that this was exactly what I needed. Straight away I stated to got bids to move the cooker, but as it was a 2 man job the quotes I got were over my £20 budget. I was in no hurry to move it though and waited it out until someone bid £19. The bidder that I used was great, he came the day we had arranged by phone and everything went smoothly.
I would definately use uShip again and I would recoment others to try it.
