As a first time person, and disabled, I was disappointed that I could not find a telephone number for someone I could call for assistance. Then I was sanctioned for asking a shipper to call me because I thought I entered my information wrong and wanted to explain it when I thought he may have bid too low. I was only trying to be fair to the shippers. It would have been nice if there was a help desk that I could have called. Overall, I did have a good experience, thanks to the providers, they seem to all be good people.
