UShip is a great concept with excellent execution and professionalism. I needed to have several pieces of furniture packaged and shipped from an elderly lady who lives alone. Mainline shippers were not able to provide the turn-key service I needed and the cost would have been almost three times as much. I know, I checked them out first. Although UShip is ideal for small businesses it is the customer who benefits most. Plus, you get far more personalized service from the shipper. Being able to read comments from previous customers and able to choose from competing bids gave me the confidence I needed that my shipment would be well handled and cost effective. The UShip web site was easy to use and very efficient. Thanks for exceeding my expectations.
